We are issuing this notice because we have learned that a company operating under the name Neuroregen Healthcare Pvt Ltd in India is representing that it offers neurological treatments similar to those developed by NeuroCytonix. These claims have created confusion among patients and families.

Please be aware of the following facts:

• Neuroregen is not affiliated with NeuroCytonix and has never been authorized to use, provide, promote, or represent any NeuroCytonix neurological technology, clinical protocol, or research program.
• NeuroCytonix is the exclusive worldwide licensee for all neurological applications of the NeuroCytotron® technology.
• All NeuroCytonix neurological therapies are currently offered only through approved clinical research protocols that have been reviewed and authorized by an Institutional Review Board (IRB) in the United States, COFEPRIS in Mexico, and the Scientific, Ethics, and Safety Committees in Monterrey, Mexico.

To protect our patients, our scientific research, and our intellectual property, NeuroCytonix has initiated legal proceedings against Neuroregen and any individuals or entities involved in the unauthorized use or representation of our technology and clinical research programs.

If you or your family are contacted by Neuroregen or by anyone claiming to offer NeuroCytonix treatments or NeuroCytotron® neurological therapy, please contact NeuroCytonix directly before making any medical or financial decision.
